If we went out to buy a snack cracker if there was one that said “new” on the box that one was coming home!

Once again I am apologising for not posting more! Last week I started a self-help book title indistractable: How to Control Your Attention and Chose Your Life. The title of the book written by Nir Eyal intrigued me because controlling my attention, something that I struggle with mightily. I actually believe that I have ADHD! Anyway I finished the book yesterday and I think I have picked up many good ideas that I can implement to improve my life.

What’s Been Happening and Where My Blogs are Going
See over the last few days I have been doing. I ran on Wednesday and Saturday. A 5K on Wednesday and 4 miles on Saturday. But I still haven’t written about any of the runs!
Catching Up to Move Forward! Let’s Go!
Ok so I guess the best way to start over may just be to recap what has been happening over the last month or so. On e of the things that has kept me from posting is that my laptop keyboard wad not working properly. Several of the keys were not working including the y and r keys. You never know how many times you use a letter until it’s not there anymore. And believe me I use a lot of Rs and needing to use the on-screen keyboard each time you write an R is a pain. Anyway, a week or so ago I replaced the keyboard and now everything is working. So now what else has been happening.
